We have previously advertised our highly anticipated 5&A Dime hat release on Saturday, July 31st. Due to some complications and recent changes, we will be pushing the release date to a week later. The summer hats will be released in the store on SATURDAY, AUGUST 7TH and online on MONDAY, AUGUST 9TH. Our greatest apologies to those patiently waiting, but we promise it will be worth the wait. We plan on keeping the ride in downtown, with a nice little cruise around the bay and ending it at the new downtown Crab Hut location. Get to the shop early because we're not waiting for the laggers. 

The Hellz crew will be having a sample sale at the 5&A Dime office this Saturday the 31st. It's a one day event, so get there early because we expect items to sell fast.

So, not all our ideas are going to be the best ones and the bike ride movie night proves that. We thought it might be cool to ride bikes to the movies, but our regular monday night crew disagreed. We had a solid crew of people at the beginning of the ride but we had a mini mutiny on our hands and everyone bailed on us and kept riding when we made the left for the theater. Even the guys who said they wanted to see the movie (you know who you are) ditched us... 

That left us with five lone soldiers going and of course we had a hell of a time trying to lock our bikes up.

I really enjoy the movies that John C Riley and Jonah Hill have made, so I was looking forward to seeing them in something together.

I had no idea the movie was going to be as dark as it was, but the funny parts were really funny...not funny enough to make me forget about getting stabbed in the heart by our bike ride crew...JK..it wasn't that serious.
